Art Submissions

Following these guidelines will ensure a high quality final product and allow Names and Numbers to process your Ad quickly.

Submission guidelines:

ONLY Formats Accepted - (PDF, TIFF, EPS, High Quality JPG, and PSD)

Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines

Text Size: 7pt

YELLOW PAGE ADS:

DPI: 200 - All Yellow Page artwork must be at 200 dpi

Color: CMYK

COVER, TAB, AND TIP-ON ADS:

DPI: 300 - All Specialty Ad artwork must be at 300 dpi

Color: CMYK

OUTSIDE BACK COVER ADS:

Please provide a .75 inch space for mailing information at the top of the ad. Mailing information can be overlayed on your artwork as long as good contrast is provided in the space.

THINGS NOT TO DO:

• Assume 72 dpi pictures from the internet will work.
• Assume screenshots from your phone/computer will work
