Worst landlord ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. There's no gas/heat, the floors are sunking in and the kitchen needs new flooring in my house(and that's only a fraction of the problems with the house.) Paul(real name
Phong Nguyen) refuses to fix anything but continually demands rent(even on/ before the first). All the houses around me that Paul owns are also in bad repair. Upon moving into the house he promised all the problems would be fixed but 3 years later he refuses. Really do NOT recommend renting from this guy horrible horrible landlord. Oh and like the other person wrote he doesn't provide receipts for rent at all.

DONT rent from these ppl, They don't go by their legal names & they ALL think/ feel that woman should be seen & not hurt.
He refused to allow A LEGAL SERVICE DOG & told me to leave when I said that you can't LEGALLY denigh a service dog.
Landlord doesn't like giving any form of receipt for rental payments etc.
