We are a family owned and operated business that is here to take care of all your heating and cooling needs. Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Our technicians have been serving the Palouse area for over 20 years and are honest, friendly and knowledgeable.

How can you improve? You can communicate with your clients. Horrible follow-through. Horrible. Horrible. You won't tell me what you found. Or explain effectively what you did. I've asked for a written explanation. I've received nothing. Zilch. Report was to go to insurance agent as well to support a claim. Local insurance agent has received nothing. ...automatron directs me to click on at least one star minimum.

The plumber who came to repair the leaking pipe in my basement was very professional. The leak was inthe ceiling and between two walls.There was less than 12 inches of clearance to work in. He replaced a section of the pipe and secured all the joints. He wss very respectful and cleaned up all the debris. I could not be more pleased. He was skillful,courteous and tidy.
