To aid in the reduction of the incidence of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Agency services shall include crisis intervention, emergency shelter, victim advocacy, public education and community awareness, statistical analysis, and involvement in legislative reform. Services are free and confidential to all persons regardless of race, color, creed, ancestry, ethnic or national origin, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital or parental status, education, physical or mental ability, and Veteran status.
