I’ve waited two weeks for someone to come and get my trash. I’ve called at least seven times and keep hearing the same thing over and over and over again. They say they’re working on it. They say they’ve given An escalated email to dispatch. They’ve told me every day that they will be there today to pick up the trash and they have never come. It’s hot outside. Our trash stinks and I’m sure the neighbors are fed up with seeing our trash cans at the end of our driveway. This is not the right way to treat your customers or run a business. No wonder they ask for payment three months in advance. Don’t use this service!

cheap trash service cant beat price but had to call 5 or 6 times to get my trash picked up.they get the neighbor's across the street but i guess he is to lazy to walk 20 feet to pick mine up.so call the company to get the run around send someone right away call back in a couple days same thing i see your bill is paid dont know why they dont pick it up ill send this to dispatch call back a coupleb days later same as always then finally on trash day they make it .then they will get it a couple weeks then same thing and again and again and again.cheap service but a hassle to deal with
