Terrible experience. Rented a home for one month from them June, 2023. Home had skunks under adjacent shed, bird holes in exterior siding and nesting within the walls, spider webs, mice droppings and flies. NextHome was generally unhelpful and offered no reduction in our prepaid 100% rental fee. Dissappointing.
