Over 30 years of experience under one roof. Bill and Megan Peoples are happy to provide you with clean, sterile tattoos and piercings. We accept clients that are 16 & 17 with proper ID and parental consent. 18+ must be sober and have valid state ID, drivers license, Passport to get tattoo or piercing. $125 an hour for tattoos, $60 tattoo minimum, and piercing prices are based on jewelry.
