Company Description

Owner / Instructor: Ryan Heifner-2nd degree black belt. I started in Kenpo Karate at 15 years old in Green River Wyoming. I have crossed trained in Krav Maga and Jeet Kune Do. I have showcased self defense techniques, weapon defense / disarming and assisted with demonstrations across the western region of the US. My class is designed to teach people confidence and to protect themselves and their loved ones should the situation require. This class will not train you for going rounds in a fight or in a ring.
