We chose old cavern RV Park because of its location. Not downtown or next to the highway but still close enough to enjoy Carlsbad. Park is brand new, still a work in progress, rates are great, the owner has reached out to make sure that everything was to our liking, and working properly

Great place to park your RV for short or long term. Family friendly environment. Also located close to Carlsbad and for shopping eating and entertainment needs. Definitely will stay here again!!!

This is a great place to stay!!! My husbands job keeps him on the road so when we go to different places there’s times I don’t feel safe from the area location. I felt at peace here in the area.... and with them having a fence around the entire park, that was a plus! Oh yea.... my husband loved the high speed fiber optic Internet and how well it worked where he could do his work with no hassle or delay time! And I loved that I could stream Netflix and other streaming apps so easily! Will definitely be back if in this area again!

Very nice place. Well lit owner is very friendly and does what’s needed to make life comfortable when away from home working. Laundry on site and internet is a big plus.

Stayed here for a few nights while traveling to see the Caverns. The owners were great and I appreciate all the amenities! I work from my laptop while traveling and the high speed fiber optic internet was greatly appreciated. It was nice to be able to do our laundry there as well. I’d definitely stay here again!
