Below is a letter sent to a local pediatrician. We removed the names of the pediatrician and other eye doctor to protect them.

I couldn't have been happier with their patient care and the quality of their services and would respectfully ask that you throw away your old referral list and begin a new one which would begin with Dr. Matt Sullivan's office.
