VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY MY DOG'S INJURY WAS HANDLED. Medical attention was never given to her nor was I ever notified she was hurt until AFTER I paid the bill, then was told she was limping. Steve said he looked at her paw and thought she sprained her ankle. Steve is not a vet nor called one. I immediately called him and sent pictures of the SEVERE paw cuts to Lisa, the new owner, who agreed to pay half the $1800+ vet bill but didn't. She now claims it didn't happen. I was stuck with a $2900 total vet bill. This is no way to do business.

Horrible! Took dogs after lengthy conversation with owner Steve. Had overnight stay at hospital he clearly told me that it was just like a hotel except the time dropped off or picked up did not matter. The first time I brought my pets there I was charged for a one-night stay and the dogs were actually there more than 24 hours. I was very pleased. However, the second time I took the dogs there I was told I could not come till late afternoon to drop them off for an early morning appointment in Flagstaff which I told him I would not be back until the afternoon the next day which was less than 24 hours. The first time I was charged $107 for being over 24 hours and the second time I was charged $214 for less than 24 hours. He should be reported to the IRS which I think is what I'm going to do because he is not claiming taxes and takes cash only. He made me run to an ATM machine to get him the extra $107 that he clearly did not define but said I signed a paper yet did not show me my signature anywhere. I would not use him he is dishonest. I don't think he takes good care of the dogs and it always smells very heavily of cigarette smoke inside which can't be good for the animals. I will never ever bring my dogs there again for any type of care. He is not trustable or reliable. He conflicts what he tells you and then all of a sudden you're surprised with a bill that is two times the amount that it was last time. I'm a senior citizen and a 9/11 widow and I could not afford that.
