Electrical ,water,sewer are very old many water breaks and electrical issues and low voltage and amps. Dusty roads and owner raises dues almost every year. Owner puts little money into the infrastructure. Buyer should be aware. The main interest to be here is the forest ,friends,and hiking in the area. I have rented at rim crest 12 years and park models selling at high prices and only 6 or 7 months to use but April and most of Oct are cold and or windy. There has been 5 different managers in the last under 10 years.
