I reported a negative review on Google and they replied with my FULL NAME in all CAPS! That should tell you all you need to know about these people… But let’s get into it. The bottom line, I was charged an extra, undisclosed fee and didn’t know about it until AFTER they charged my card. It’s unethical to operate that way and assume people know about additional fees (from DMV, or not) without them mentioning or posting them. If they’re an extension of the DMV, that obligates them to disclose things that are not posted or made known before running your card. It’s not the DMV, and it’s wrong to assume consumers know what’s on the DMV website. I found them locally, not through the DMV. They’re passing the buck as an excuse for their unethical practices and terrible customer service. I’m sure this negative review will be deleted if they have the power to do so.
