We had a pool built in 2019. In 2023 the tiles started falling off. We called with no response. We had to pay in 2024 to have 80% redone. They did not follow the proper process for laying cool deck it is all completely chipping off. A previous pool we had 20 years time nor cool deck chipped. Then our tanning ledge has a half inch crack. And again no response from this Christian outfit. Way too much money for poor quality. Greatest disappointment of our home.
