Owned and operated by the Buchite family since 1979. Established in 1945 by Howard O'Shay and family. Butchering is every Thursday and Friday by appointment only. We are a custom meat processing plant. Multi-generation owned for 40 years, thus far! We process the farmer's animal from live to frozen vacuum-packed packages. We also have a long-time customer favorite breakfast sausage and hickory smoking. We process wild game, with another customer favorite summer sausage and jerky. We are a fully custom meat processing facility. Each animal is processed to your specifications.
