Idaho Testing & Inspection, Inc. performs materials testing and special inspection for projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. ITI was founded by J. Reese Leavitt in 1996 as a subsidiary company to his existing engineering firm, Leavitt & Associates Engineers, Inc.
