I used Mallory through American Home Shield, I had a leak 2 months ago. They came out after 2 days and the guys who came out were contract with Mallory. They replaced a two foot section of pex connected to a shut off. The shut off on the other side needed repaired too, it was covered in pipe insulation which wasn't checked. I've had a drip for two months which finally came through the ceiling. They were in and out in 30 minutes and the pipe was in the attic. This has cost me much more than the tiny effort they put into fixing my leak. Like I said it was a contract company Mallory sent out, but still under their watch.
