After having lived there for two years I can honestly say that this place is too strict and oppressive towards it's Tennant's and they continually harass their Tennant's regularly and threaten them and they fail to recognize the authority of the Tennant's association president which fully represents the residents and none of the Tennant's are aloud to have a voice on anything. I cannot in good faith recommend this trailer park at this time. Several of their rules do violete constitutional rights absolutely. The property owners whom I'm told live out of state seriously need to take a very close look at who they hired as property manager. She is turant and not a good person at all and the residents there are completely fed up with her and her bs.thank you
