DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I rented a space From RG Real Estate Services for almost a year at 3406 Bella Vista Way, I spent a lot of money upgrading sinks, toilets, painting, floors, new door handles and lighting AND HAD PLANNED TO KEEP MY BUSINESS HERE, BUT the plumbing overflows EVERY time it rains! The Landlord has not fixed the problem and for 2 months they keep putting me off telling me they will grade the back lot and fix the leach field flow so it drains better, but it hasn't happened yet and Im waiting for my lease to be over so this nightmare will end! When I first complained, Matt Greer said that I could call my own plumber to fix it, but it cannot be fixed by a plumber. There has been 3 different plumbing companies come here that claim it is the leach field issue and it needs redone. RG Realty has not fixed it and my lease ends in 1 month, and they already have a For Lease sign up to rent out my space KNOWING it is not fixed and they do not care! The previous renters here was a ' Tree Haul off and Repair Company' and they had the same issue and was forced to move as well. Untrustworthy Landlords. I would not buy or lease anything from them, very shady!
