DO NOT Recommend. Mr. Karst installed a new electrical panel in home and did not get required permit. Town of Estes has verified that putting in a new electrical panel requires a permit. A lawsuit ensued and then Karst Electric fabricated a receipt for the sellers of property to help them keep my earnest money. Shady.
